Does the AI assess candidates?
No. It sorts evidence, maps it to criteria and blocks incomplete work from reaching review. A qualified assessor makes every judgement, and the ledger records them making it.
How long from signing to first candidate?
Typically within two weeks. Onboarding is configuration, not a build.
What do IQA and EQA see?
One read-only timeline per candidate. Sampling runs against the live record, not a folder reconstructed after the fact.
Where is our data held?
Database and file storage: AWS eu-north-1 (Stockholm), in the European Union. The application runs on Vercel. Sub-processors include Cloudflare (video), Sumsub (identity), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (transcription), Anthropic (support assistant) and Resend (email). A DPA is available on request. Every action is timestamped, tied to a named person, and locked after the fact.
