This notice is for the SkillCertify platform-company website (skillcertify.co.uk and skillcertify.ae). It is not the candidate privacy notice. Candidate data is handled by the delivery centre you enrol with.
The controller for demo requests and marketing enquiries on this site is SkillCertify Platform LLC · Formation No. 2539013 · Office 801, 8th Floor, The Bridge, Dubai Sports City, Al Hebiah Fourth, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. SkillCertify Ltd is a subsidiary of SkillCertify Platform LLC (Formation No. 2539013). The UK company is not yet on the register; its intended registered office is 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

When you book a demo we collect your name, work email, centre name and an optional time window. We use those details only to arrange and follow up the demo. We keep them for 12 months, then delete them unless you become a customer (in which case they move into the customer record).
Database and file storage for the platform run on AWS eu-north-1 (Stockholm), in the European Union. The application is hosted on Vercel. Sub-processors include Cloudflare (video), Sumsub (identity), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (transcription), Anthropic (support assistant) and Resend (email). A DPA is available on request.
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@skillcertify.ae. This site does not use cookies or third-party analytics.
