These terms cover the SkillCertify platform-company website. The operator is SkillCertify Platform LLC · Formation No. 2539013 · Office 801, 8th Floor, The Bridge, Dubai Sports City, Al Hebiah Fourth, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. SkillCertify Ltd is a subsidiary of SkillCertify Platform LLC. This site is for centres, contractors and partners. It is not a candidate enrolment site and nothing here is an offer to sell a CSCS card or a qualification to an individual.
Booking a demo is a request for a conversation, not a contract. We aim to reply within one working day. A centre agreement, if we reach one, is a separate document.
GQA, CSCS and Ofqual names and logos belong to those organisations. SkillCertify is a compliance platform that centres use to deliver Ofqual-regulated qualifications. It is not itself an awarding body or an Ofqual-regulated centre.
